Charming City Centre Apartment

A lovely Lisbon nest Positive: Great communication. A simple but clean and cosy apartment with authentic touches and a lovely wrap around typical balcony. Very central location, with a walkable neighborhood. Negative: All good. There are lots of stairs but this is to be expected in a historic building of this kind. If you have accessibility needs you may need to consider this.

Muy amables, muy fácil de llegar, céntrico pero instalaciones un poco antiguas Positive: Es un departamento muy céntrico, tiene muy buena ubicación y es fácil llegar a cualquier sitio. Además, son muy amables, contestan muy rápido en todo momento, son respetuosos y te hacen sentir bienvenido. Negative: Cuando llegamos, las instalaciones no estaban muy cuidadas, el edificio parece muy antiguo y al subir las escaleras temblaba el barandal y los mismos peldaños. Nosotros solo llegábamos a dormir y por la mañana, pero a los dos días el baño dejó de funcionar correctamente, la puerta de salida que daba a la calle siempre estaba abierta aunque nosotros la cerráramos (lo notificamos), dejaron una franela en el sofá cama y estaba sucia. En general las instalaciones estaban un poco descuidadas, pero es por lo mismo del edificio que es antiguo.

Negative: Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider eine absolute Katastrophe. Die Möbel sind alt und in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Im Zimmer roch es stark nach Zigarettenrauch, obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer angegeben war. Überall gab es Schimmel, und die Sauberkeit war einfach inakzeptabel. Das Zimmer war extrem dreckig – ich musste sogar selbst den Boden reinigen und Staub wischen. Die Zustände in diesem Hotel entsprechen keinesfalls normalen Wohn- oder Hygienestandards. Meiner Meinung nach sollte man solche Zimmer überhaupt nicht an Gäste vermieten. Ich kann dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

A lick of paint mister Fawlty..... Positive: High ceilings, and water pressure, the view . The location Negative: It was a dirty and shabby apartment. There is just 1 pot and 1 very sticky pan . Overall the cheapest of the cheapest Ikea range furniture kitchen equipment,lamps etc. The bed in the main bedroom was very bad 5cm foam matrass , in the living room a bedbank which was also very bad. The neighborhood is starting to get yuppified so they are building everywhere , that makes a lot of drilling etc noise. Under the 40cm wide balconies there is the garbage dump from the whole neighborhood, which is collected in the middle of the night. The floors are made of very thin wood so you can here every step of your neighbor, and they will hear you .
